Hooperly is free to download and play. Extra themes can be bought as a one-time payment. There is no subscription.
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the unlocked themes for yourself. The license is tied to the email address used at checkout. You may not resell, share or publish license keys, or copy or reuse the artwork and sounds outside Hooperly.
Payments are processed by Polar, who is the seller of record. Prices are shown in US dollars and may have taxes added at checkout.
New versions and themes may be released. We try to keep Hooperly working, but it is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss or damage from using Hooperly.
